Filling out the on-line application is the first step in the application process. To complete your application, you must submit a high school transcript, TOEFL score results (if not from an English speaking country), transcripts from any other college or university you have attended, and an Official Statement of Support indicating your ability to provide adequate funds for your study while in the United States as well as a $40.00 non-refundable application fee in U.S. dollars. Your information will not be processed until the $40.00 Application Fee has been received. The deadline for each academic semester is 45 days prior to the start of the requested semester. Please note that this does not include the amount of time you will need to make an appointment with your local U.S. consulate or embassy. Some consulate/embassy offices may require the appointment to be scheduled 90 days in advance. Please mail all documents to CIPA, Shawnee State University, 940 Second Street, Portsmouth, OH 45662.
